Sol's is very famous here in Cebu don't miss this the moment you are here in Cebu. Almost all over the place of Cebu you can have a Sol's Halo-Halo i think it's over 70 franchise all over Visayas.
They are recognized here in Cebu as a top and must try Halo-Halo.
