This is one of my favorite spot when i'm here in Legaspi, aside from the beauty of the place it has no entrance fee so you can enjoy the place without touching your pocket.
HOW TO GET HERE???
--From the down town area you can just ride a jeep going to Embarkadero, drop off at embarkadero then ride a tricycle going to boulevard. or just PAKYAW tricycle to take you to boulevard.
Perfect time to get here is late afternoon wherein Mt. Mayon is in perfect view spot.
